Chicago, Ill. - The Roosevelt men's basketball team takes on Indiana University South Bend inside the UIC Physical Education Building on Tuesday night.
The game between the Lakers (2-3, 1-3 CCAC) and the Titans (5-1, 3-1) begins at approximately 7:30 p.m. following the Roosevelt women's basketball contest against IU South Bend.
The Lakers come into Tuesday's contest following a convincing 101-82 road win at Holy Cross on Saturday. Jeremiah Jackson led six Lakers in double-digit scoring with 20 points, and Roosevelt went 11-for-15 from behind the arc thanks to Jason Sotira's 4-for-5 three-point performance that set a fine example from downtown.
Joe Harks paces the Roosevelt attack with a team-leading 16.4 ppg, good for eighth in the CCAC rankings.
Tyree York is the engine of the Laker's offensive machine, handing out a CCAC-leading 6.8 assists per contest.
The Lakers are creating offensive opportunities due to their efforts on the glass. Roosevelt leads the CCAC in offensive rebounds with 14.0 per game. Overall, the Lakers fetaure two of the conference top rebounders as Jackson (7.6 rpg) and Brandyn Denson (7.2 rpg) rank among the CCAC's top six board men.
