Chicago, Ill - The Roosevelt men's basketball team travels north of the border on Tuesday night to lock horns with Cardinal Stritch, the reigning CCAC Division II regular season champions, at 6:00 p.m. in Milwaukee, Wis.
The Lakers (3-8) are looking to snap a two-game losing skid after back-to-back road setbacks at Trinity International and Purdue Calumet. The Wolves (6-7) are looking to snap a three-game losing streak of their own, most recently falling on Saturday at home to Judson, 81-74.
Roosevelt continues to be paced by the CCAC's leading scorer, Paul Tometich. Paul is averaging 23.5 points per game, while also totaling a team-best 6.8 rebounds per outing. Cardinal Stritch is paced by 6-foot-6 forward Brandon D'Amico. The sophomore from Geneva, Ill., is averaging 19.6 ppg. Navjot Singh has been hot of late for the Wolves, totaling 24.6 ppg and 7.3 rpg in his last three outings.
After almost a month away from home, the Lakers will return to the Keating Sports Center on Thursday, Dec. 30 to take on Mount Mercy at 7:00 p.m.
