INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Roosevelt battled the weather this week to finish 15^th at the UIndy Invitational hosted by Indianapolis at Broadmoor Country Club.

Lucas Faubert got off to a strong start Monday with five birdies en route to a 3-under 69 while Pierre Heylen shot an even par 72 in the opening round. Heylen kept up the strong play in the second round to finish with a 71 while Matthew Webb finished at even par for the round as well.

The third round was tough for the Lakers with Faubert leading the pack with a 1-over for the final 18 holes. Heylen rallied from two early double bogeys to birdie three of his last seven holes to finish at 2-over for the tournament. The junior from France finished in a tie for 38^th to pace the Lakers for the tournament.

Faubert and Ben Jones both finished at 9-over in the event, Webb shot 10-over over 54 holes and Marc Waller finished at 13-over. Roosevelt was one of two teams with multiple eagles in the event – Webb holed out for a 2 on the sixth hole in the first round then Waller carded a 3 on the par-5 12^th in the second round.
