LEMONT, Ill. – Roosevelt tackled the challenge of Dubsdread on Monday and Tuesday, finishing ninth at the Flyers Fall Intercollegiate hosted by Lewis at Cog Hill's infamous No. 4 course.

Marc Waller led the way for the Lakers with a +12 for the event, closing the tournament with a 3-over 75 on a gorgeous Tuesday morning. The senior was even par for his first 12 holes Tuesday with two birdies to cancel out two bogeys. He finished in 22^nd place overall at the tournament.

Pierre Heylen had the highest highs in Roosevelt's two days, closing his first round Monday with an eagle and a birdie to shoot 75. He seemed to be on a similar roll to start Tuesday's final round with two birdies in his first six holes, but he fell back to finish at 7-over for the day and +15 in the event, good for a tie for 28^th.

Matthew Webb carded the best round of the event for the Lakers with his 1-over 73 in Monday's second round. The senior started with three bogeys in his first four holes, but he settled down with a birdie on the par-4 seventh. He added birdies on 15 and 16, shooting 1-under on the back nine for that round. Webb finished in 39^th at 18-over at the tournament.
