MARION, Ind. – Kara Jones made 15 saves for the Roosevelt women's soccer team, as host Indiana Wesleyan unleashed 31 shots and claimed a 6-0 decision on Saturday.
Chelsea Olson led the Lakers (0-3-0) with three shots.
The Wildcats (4-0-0) scored twice late in the first half and broke the match open with four goals within a 20-minute span early in the second half.
Jones continued to shine with her third consecutive double-digit save showing. The junior keeper now has 43 stops in just three contests as she continues to keep Roosevelt in games while facing a barrage of attempts on frame.
