The festivities begin at 11:50 a.m. on
FloCollege when GLIAC Commissioner Kris Dunbar will speak prior to the unveiling of the 2026 coaches poll. Roosevelt's trio will field questions from moderator Adam Jaksa starting at 1 p.m., and will the fourth of eight teams to meet with the media in Grand Rapids. The full schedule of interviews is below, startng with Davenport at 12:15 p.m. and ending with Grand Valley State at 2 p.m.

The Lakers are entering their third season in the GLIAC and have won at least one conference game in both of their first two years in the league. Roosevelt kicks off the 2026 season on August 29 against Chicago State at SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeport and opens its five-game home slate on Sept. 19 against UW Stout at 1 p.m. at Morris Field. The first GLIAC contest of the season is Oct. 3 when Roosevelt hosts Michigan Tech in Arlington Heights. The Lakers will also welcome Davenport (Oct. 17), Grand Valley State (Oct.31) and Saginaw Valley State (Nov. 7) at Morris Field.
