Jenna Santi

Jenna Santi enters her first season as an assistant coach with the Lakers in 2023-24 after serving two seasons as the head coach at William Penn University in Iowa.

The Oak Creek, Wis. native played four years at William Penn from 2015-19, helping the Statesmen reach two NAIA Tournaments while winning the Heart of America Athletics Conference regular-season title once and winning the conference tournament once. She was a two-time all-conference honorable mention selection and averaged 6.4 points and 4.4 assists per game in her final two seasons at William Penn. Santi was also twice a all-conference Scholar-Athlete and a two-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete for her work in the classroom.

After her playing career, Santi spent one season as a graduate assistant at William Penn in 2019-20 then took over as a full-time assistant in 2020-21. In her two seasons at the helm of her alma mater, Santi coached five players to all-conference honors for the Statesmen, and helped mentor four All-Americans as an assistant coach. In addition, four of her players were named NAIA Scholar-Athletes for the 2022-23 season and six earned the accolade during her time as an assistant.
