Nevin De Graaf was promoted to wide receivers and superbacks coach for the 2025 season after being on Roosevelt's staff as a graduate assistant last year.
Prior to joining the Lakers’ program this fall, De Graaf worked various roles in the East Tennessee State University program. He served as a strength and conditioning intern, as well as a football video/football operations volunteer. De Graaf also has two years of high school coaching under his belt, where he coached Science Hill High School as an assistant defensive backs coach and junior varsity defensive coordinator from 2021-2023.
The Nashville native graduated from East Tennessee State with a bachelor's degree in sport management in the spring of 2024 before moving to Des Plaines, Ill. to join the Lakers’ staff.
