Justin Lotz returns Roosevelt for the 2025 season after being a graduate assistant for two seasons with the program. Lotz was at Winona State last year working with the defense, and he will work with the defensive line and special teams for the Lakers in 2025.

Prior to his arrival as a graduate assistant in 2022, Lotz completed an internship working with both the Recruiting and Operations departments with Army West Point. Lotz also served as the Defensive Line Coach at Glenbard North High School for seven seasons, which includes a State Runner-Up finish in 2012. He also assisted with the Offensive Line. 

Lotz is a 2011 graduate of Glenbard North High School. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Northern Illinois University in 2022 and received his Master’s in Organizational Development in 2024 at Roosevelt.
