EAST CHICAGO, Ind. - The Roosevelt men's soccer team shut out host Calumet St. Joseph by a final score of 3-0 at East Chicago on Tuesday night.

Albert Arabik started the scoring late in the first half on a 40th minute strike, while Joe Oswin added an early second-half tally before Edmond Montano concluded the scoring with a goal in the 67th minute for the Lakers (9-4-0, 7-1-0 CCAC).

Mario Graciano registered his fifth clean sheet of the fall, making three saves in the process.

Roosevelt outshot the Crimson Wave (2-8-1, 0-5-1 CCAC) by a final 21-6 margin, peppering the goal with 15 shots against frame.

The Lakers host St. Ambrose in the nightcap of a women's soccer/men's soccer weekday doubleheader at 2:30 p.m. next Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 2:30 p.m.
