Dr. Ryan Petty began serving as the Faculty Athletic Representative for Roosevelt during the 2024-25 academic year.

Dr. Petty is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management in the Heller College of Business where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Human Resources and Management. He has served on the Heller faculty for the past 15 years, including five years as Dean. 

Dr. Petty earned his Master's and PhD degrees from Michigan State University, and his bachelor's degree from Kalamazoo College where he played Division III football.
