D'Vante Glenn

Dvante Glenn joined the Roosevelt Strength & Conditioning staff in September 2025 as the newest assistant strength and conditioning coach.

Glenn completed his Bachelors degree at Coe College majoring in kinesiology with a health and wellness and a strength and conditioning emphases. While at Coe, Glenn played on the baseball team and helped the program win conference and regional championships as a senior. Following his collegiate career, Glenn coached at his alma mater for a year before heading to Olive Harvey Community College as an assistant coach, where he mentored five all-region players while helping the program improve from five wins to 28 wins.

While at Olive Harvey, Glenn was exposed to curating strength and conditioning programs for the athletics department by the head baseball coach, who was also a certified strength and conditioning coahc. Glenn is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is certified in Basic Life Support as well. He has rounded out his knowledge the last two years by working at a private institution specialized in personal training for athletes of all ages.

Glenn brings energy, discipline, and a deep understanding of what it means to push limits. He's passionate about helping individuals unlock their full physical and mental potential. His coaching style is rooted in real-life experience and focuses on meeting athletes where they are, connecting with them on a personal level, and leads by example every step of the way.
