Jorge Porta enters his first season as an assistant golf coach at Roosevelt after graduating from Manhattanville College in 2019. A native of Spain, Porta has worked in the European and Latin American recruiting scene since 2017 through UniversityGolf, a company he founded in 2017. In the past seven years, the organization has covered more than 260 Spanish golfers currently competing in college golf in the United States and has helped more than 120 golfers navigate the recruiting process.
