ADDISON, Ill. – Roosevelt's youth was a major theme this past weekend as the Lakers finished 53rd at the ISBPA Midwest Collegiate Challenge in Addison, Ill.
At their best, Roosevelt bowled a 988 during Saturday's team games, but a low of 777 put the Lakers in 55th place entering the Baker games on Sunday. Roosevelt moved up to 53rd behind a strong block of 822 on Sunday.
Joseph Diaz led the way for the Lakers with a five-game total of 984 while
Jordan Parker wasn't far behind at 932 and
Troy Welker finished with a 913.
The Lakers will be back in action on Feb. 7 and 8 at the McKendree Baker Challenge in Fairview Heights, Ill.
