Women's Hockey is Coming to Roosevelt University This Fall

With the integration of Robert Morris University Illinois and Roosevelt University official, women's hockey is coming to Roosevelt beginning this fall at the ACHA Division 1 level. Coaching the Lakers women's hockey team will be Head Coach Mason Strom.

Coach Strom will be entering his third season as a collegiate head coach and he has spent the last two seasons at the helm of the Robert Morris women's hockey program, which is now a part of Roosevelt. Full-time, Strom is a television and radio broadcast instructor at Maine South High School in Park Ridge, Ill. He is also the head coach at Fenwick High School, where he led his team to the 2019 Amateur Hockey Association of Illinois State Championship.
